Step 2 of building your ShiftEATS meal plan. Tell us which days you work, your shift type (day or night), and your shift start and end times. ShiftEATS uses this to build a meal plan that fits your real schedule.
Supported rota patterns include:
- 4 on / 4 off (the most common NHS and emergency services pattern)
- Night shifts only
- Day shifts only
- Rotating day and night shifts
- Custom patterns — any combination of work days and days off
Your meal plan is built around your rota cycle, not a calendar week. Batch cooking sessions fall on your days off so you're never cooking before a shift.
